DAILY REFORMER CLASSES
Our Reformer classes provide a spring of fun, proven to lengthen, strengthen, tone and sculpt for a total body workout. Sitting, standing, lying or kneeling, this impressive form of movement improves power and flexibility, guaranteed to have you feeling energised and uplifted.
Our classes are based predominantly around the Reformer, and may include: arcs, balls, boxes, rings and other small equipment, to help challenge areas of difficulty.

REFORMER | SCULPT
BOOK SCULPTThis Reformer class is suited for mixed abilities providing 60 minutes of classical Pilates using the resistance of the reformer.
A slower paced class, focusing on stretching, strengthening and lengthening the body, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. Expect to work on the breath throughout each controlled Pilates movements, which will enable mental clarity and leave you feeling notably de-stressed. -
REFORMER | ATHLETIC
BOOK ATHLETICThis Reformer class is suited for mixed abilities and blends Pilates with cardio and other movement to achieve a full body workout.
Expect 60 minutes of upbeat music and fitness in an intimate class setting. These classes incorporate fitness movements into classical Pilates routines, where our dynamic instructors will ensure you leave the class feeling energised and accomplished.
