Class Expiry (from date of purchase):
1 single session expires after 21 days | 3 sessions expires after 21 days | 5 sessions expires after 60 days | 10 sessions expires after 120 days | 15 sessions expires after 180 days.

Instructions on how to purchase our Intro Offer Packages are as follows:

3. The total cost will be reduced to £65.
The intro offer may only be used for new clients and redeemed once per booker email.
The Booking System:
The booking system is designed for clients to book, transfer and cancel classes via their own accounts. It is not the responsibility of the studio to make any changes to a clients booking. Please make sure you are within the time frame when attempting to transfer or cancel a class.
Cancelation Policy:
Please note we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any session cancelation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and helps us to maintain the quality of our services. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelation or do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged at the full session fee.All class cancelations made before 24 hours will be added back to your account as credit to be used against another class of your choice.
Class Transfer Policy:
The studio booking system allows clients to transfer their class once to another date/slot should you need to. All class transfers will need to be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class. If you have transferred your classes once, you will not be able to transfer again and will still be charged at the full session fee if you cannot make the class.
Class Refund Policy:
One Pilates Studios does not offer any refunds on any single bookings, private sessions, group class packages, memberships and special/promotional offers. Any session canceled before 24 hours will be added back to your account as credit.Grip SocksWe require all clients to wear grip socks to intensify your moves and also for safety and hygiene purposes. You can purchase our own non-slip grip socks in our studio or online here. Alternatively you are welcome to bring your own.
Pre/Post Natal Clients:
We welcome pre/post natal ladies, however we kindly ask you to contact the studio before booking onto a class. This is to ensure the studio is aware and can properly advise you on which class & instructor is most suitable.
Lateness Policy:
We have a strict lateness policy. We politely advise that clients must not arrive no later than 10 minutes to their scheduled class. This is to avoid any disruptions for the instructor and other clients in the same class. Please ensure you leave enough time for yourself to get to the studio, baring in mind traffic in and around Weybridge. Unfortunately any arrivals later than 10 minutes will not be allowed into the class and will still be charged at the full session fee.
Memberships/Subscriptions Terms & Conditions:
- A monthly rolling direct debt from the date of purchase
- No lock in contract
- Can be cancelled at anytime
- Suitable for all abilities
- Classes cannot be rolled over into the next month.
By purchasing a membership/Subscription you are agreeing to a monthly reoccurring payment which will be debited automatically each month.

Duration: 30 minutes
What to bring: A mat/towel to lie on. No equipment needed. All you need is a tablet or laptop and access to Zoom.

How to Join The Online Classes:
All you need is a tablet or laptop & access to ZOOM
- Choose your preferred online class
- Book onto the class through the booking schedule
- Receive your unique login details via confirmation email to access the class
- Ensure your camera is on and audio is off during all online classes.
